O’Level Results
Minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent.
UTME (JAMB) Score
Must have sat for the 2025 UTME, scored the minimum cut-off mark, and chosen GAPOSA as first, second, or be willing to do a change of institution.
Age Requirement
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age at the time of admission.
O’Level Results
Minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent.
ND Certificate
Must possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution, with a minimum of Lower Credit.
IT completion letter
Evidence of compulsory one-year Industrial Training (IT) with a credible organization.
Candidates with a Pass grade must have at least two years Industrial Training (IT).
Jamb Admission Letter
A valid JAMB Admission Letter issued for the National Diploma programme is required.

1. Fill the Online Biodata Form
Begin your application by visiting the GAPOSA Application portal and provide your personal and academic details.
2. Pay for the screening exercise
Make payment for the screening exercise through the secure online payment system.
3. Login to the Application Portal
Upon payment confirmation, you will be prompted to login using your generated application number on the screening payment reciept. Use your surname as the password to access your application dashboard.
4. Confirm Your Biodata
Review the submitted biodata for accuracy and completeness before proceeding.
5. Participate in the Screening Exercise
Check the Bio-data section on the application portal to print your screening schedule containing the date, time, and venue.
6. Check Screening Result
Login to your application protal using your login details to check your screening result. Only successful applicants will proceed to complete the admission process.

How do I apply to GAPOSA?
To apply to GAPOSA, visit our Application portal, fill the application form, make payment, and upon payment confirmation an account will be created.
What are the entry requirements for National Diploma programmes?
For ND programmes, candidates must possess a minimum of five credits in relevant O’Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings. A JAMB UTME score of 150 and above is also required.
Can I apply for more than one programme?
No, candidates may only apply for one programme in a calendar year.
Is there accommodation on campus?
No, GAPOSA currently have on-campus accommodation facilities for students. However, the institution and its stakeholders have made provision for adequate accomodation in the neighboring communties.
Are there scholarships available for new students?
GAPOSA currently does not offer any scholarship program.
How long does the admission process take?
The entire admission process typically takes 1-3 weeks from application deadline to admission offer. This includes time for processing applications, conducting entrance examinations, interviews, and releasing admission lists.
